Dermatological conditions such as Eczema, Psoriasis, Neuro-dermatitis, Herpes Simplex and even Warts.
Gynecological problems such as PMT, Amenorrhea, Dysmenorrhea, Psychogenic Infertility, and in Obstetrics for painless childbirth.
Pain Control for Minor Surgery, Dentistry, Arthritis, and General Neuromuscular aches and pains.
Hypnosis can free the individual from Phobias, Compulsions, Emotional Problems, Insomnia, Inhibitions, Guilt Feelings, Jealousy, and many of the worries and anxieties of everyday life.
Sexual Problems such as Impotence, Premature Ejaculation, Frigidity, Vaginismus, and others.
The use of Self-Hypnosis will prevent stress and tensions caused by modern day living, reduce high blood pressure and the risk of Cardiovascular disease.
Hypnotherapy for effective Weight Control, increasing Work/Study Sporting performance, improving Concentration and Memory, developing the imagination, boosting self-confidence, and achieving more of the potential which we each possess.

DERMATOLOGICAL CONDITIONS

Many types of skin conditions respond very well to hypnotherapy mainly due to the fact that they are very often stress related which initially seems unconnected, but on closer examination is clearly apparent. What is then discovered is that the less stressed the patient is about the condition the more the condition heals and the stress cycle is broken. This is not purely psychological in nature as we know that the skin and the nervous system are from the same tissue layers( ectoderm) in the embryo; this is seen and experienced regularly in everyday life when people become very red faced when embarassed or white when frightened. We also talk of people getting under our skin ( irritating ), or that someone is thick skinned ( not sensitive). All this indicates that whether we are aware of it or not our emotions are unconsciously linked with our skin and vice versa. As hypnosis is concerned with communicating directly with the unconscious mind ( which parallels the autonomic nervous system ) there is enormous potential here for transformation of unwanted symptoms.

PAIN CONTROL

The use of hypnosis for pain control has been used for well over a hundred years. From dental procedures, muscular and joint pain, to pain relief in surgery and cancer the tecniques involved can prove to be remarkably successful both in the treatment room ,and using self hypnosis for further control throughout life.To observe the relaxed face of a dental patient undergoing a painful procedure without anaesthesia can be quite something. To watch the effect on a person under hypnosis bring the power of their imagination to bear on the pain of a disease and bring a sigh of relief is a welcome and satisfying sight. Pain control tecniques in modern hypnotherapy are many and varied and although highly sophisticated are easily learned by the motivated patient.

PHOBIAS

Phobias are common experiences for thousands of people every day in all walks of life. The common experience is one of fear: of an object e.g (spider ), place e.g (going out ),situation e.g ( heights ) . What is also common is the extreme avoidance of that which is feared, sometimes severely disrupting the sufferers' life. The object of hypnotherapy treatment is to desensitise the person to the fear, with the goal of exposure or contact but now with comfort, control, and feeling completely at ease.

INSOMNIA

The ability to sleep well without prescription medication, drugs or alcohol is dependent on many factors, not least of which is the ability to handle stress well and achieve a balance in life.Sometimes however, this ability can be compromised due to factors that seem to be beyond our control. There are instances when insomnia is caused by clinical depression or some other biological condition; where this is the case hypnosis is not indicated initially and the person is treated using medication or other means first.
For all other circumstances hypnotherapy is an exellent choice. This is largely due to the fact that when we are asleep our unconscious mind is actively engaged in helping us to achieve psychological balance - imagine being able to access it more directly. With hypnotherapy we do!

STRESS AND TENSIONS CAUSED BY EVERYDAY LIVING

Stress and tension is commonly experienced by almost everyone who lives and works in the everyday world and if kept in proportion to the balance of rest, relaxation, sleep, exercise and diet, we are healthy and everything runs smoothly. However in this world of increasing need to fill in every moment of time with something, whether it be work, play or some other form of stimulation, the balance is lost and we achieve overload. The result is stress which begins to affect us in a negative way. This produces the symptoms that we know so well.Hypnotherapy will not hypnotise all this away, what it will achieve ( with the help of self hypnosis ) is an ability to be relaxed and in control in any situation.  Furthermore the ability to reach these deep states of relaxation increases our ability to automatically adjust our life balance and ongoing stress levels, whilst at the same time enabling us to achieve more.

WEIGHT CONTROL

Weight control is something much more than dieting alone, especially combined with the power of the unconcious mind. Because food and dieting has become so much part of our lifestyle, culture and everyday behaviour it is intimately associated with everything we do. Because most of our behaviour takes place at a subconscious level it is extremely difficult to make lasting changes through an act of will, or consciously. This is where hypnotherapy comes into its own, with old conditioned attitudes to food becoming restructured and more healthy attitudes created.
